Join Our Team
We're looking for candidates who possess:
A Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a clinically relevant field.
A flexible, empathic, and receptive approach to psychotherapy.
Registration within their local jurisdiction such as the NLCSW, NLPB, or equivalent OR registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Certification.
A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, MBSR, and MCT.
Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends.
The ability to address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, chronic pain, chronic illness, grief, and racial trauma.
A clear vulnerable sector police check.
Personal liability insurance with $5,000,000 coverage.
