Hi! I’m Alyssa. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, safe space and an authentic connection where you can show up as your full self—whether you’re navigating ADHD, exploring your identity, working through relationship challenges, or simply trying to make sense of life’s complexities.

My approach draws from humanistic, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed practices. I bring warmth, curiosity, humour, and acceptance into the therapy room. Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult period, exploring your identity, or hoping to better understand yourself, we’ll work collaboratively to create a space where growth, insight, and meaningful change can happen.

I am currently accepting new clients aged 16+ and offer sliding scale options. If you have any questions or would like to book a free consultation don’t hesitate to reach out.
