Alyssa is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who has recently completed her Master of Arts Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She previously completed her B.Sc Psychology and Certificate of Criminology at Memorial University in 2021.
Her approach to counselling is rooted in creating a non-judgmental, safe space and an authentic connection in collaboration with clients. Alyssa practices from an eclectic therapeutic model using a trauma-informed approach rooted in humanistic psychotherapy modalities.
She is currently accepting clients new age 12+.

Emily Russell is a licensed counsellor who helps individuals and families navigate ADHD, Autism (ASD), anxiety, depression, and life transitions with compassion and clarity.
She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from St. Thomas University.
How She Helps
Emily’s approach is warm, structured, and trauma-informed. With experience as an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapist, she provides a calm and patient environment that supports growth and emotional well-being.
She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to create sessions that feel safe, supportive, and effective.

Melanie has been working in the mental health field for over 8 years. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is currently completing her Doctor of Counselling Psychology.
She specializes in emotional dysregulation - often resulting from ADHD, BPD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. She uses a trauma-informed approach and elements of both CBT (cognitive-behavioural therapy) and DBT (dialectical behaviour therapy), depending on what would be most beneficial for the client.
Melanie uses a collaborative approach with clients, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and creating a safe space for individuals to explore their issues.
