Emily Russell, MACP, LCT-C, CCC is a licensed counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from St. Thomas University. Emily is a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT) with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Her passion for the mental health field began during her time as a behavioural interventionist with Autism Intervention in Saint John, NB, where she supported individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Emily brings a warm, empathetic, and trauma- informed approach to her work, drawing from her education and hands-on experience to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Outside of her professional practice, she values time with family and friends and remains committed to ongoing learning and personal growth as a therapist.
